Welcome to 2020. It's the start of a new year/new decade and we hope this new year/decade brings you renewed hope and inspiration to put your dreams in motion. So here's some tips for this new year/decade:

2. Don't haste anything, just take your time because a goal broken down into steps becomes a plan.

1. Exercise often, don't just sit all days, move around and do some exercises.
